IGA Developments is a professional property investment business that is aiming to rapidly increase its portfolio in the area over the next few years.

This initial phase of investment means IGA are actively looking for domestic properties in the Tameside and Oldham areas in any state of repair. IGA intend to turn these properties into high-specification homes and let them to responsible tenants, or return them to the market as desirable family homes.
